About The Book

The sunny-tasting dishes of the Mediterranean have long been acknowledged as one of the healthiest diets around. Now Weight Watchers have adapted 65 classic recipes from all over the region so that they're even lower in fat and calories. There are recipes for Pizza, Stuffed Vine Leaves, Soupe au Pistou, Salade Nicoise, Cannelloni, Paella, Chicken Tagine, Cassoulet, Moussaka and Tiramisu - all the favourites in fact. And it's well known that life is more relaxed in the Med, so all the dishes are quick and hassle-free.
