Tricia Aurand is an award-winning author, screenwriter, and podcast host. She was a frequent collaborator with Oscar nominee Stephen J. Rivele (Ali, Nixon), and she is often approached by producers specifically to work on historical and research-based projects. Tricia’s other produced feature films include A Heart Full of Hope (2025), The Christmas Chain (2024), They Crawl Beneath (2023), and Middleton Christmas (2020). Her non-fiction book about a pioneering woman pilot, Taking Flight: The Nadine Ramsey Story, was published by the University Press of Kansas in 2020 and is a notable aviation biography on Amazon.

Online, Tricia writes for popular YouTube channel Lessons from the Screenplay (1.5 million subscribers). She also co-hosts Beyond the Screenplay, a top-100 Film & TV podcast on iTunes and Spotify. She lives in Los Angeles.
