Sarah Burns-Napoli

Sarah Burns-Napoli, also known as The Woodland Witch on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, is a practicing house witch, herbalist, folk practitioner, wife, and mother residing in the White Mountains of New Hampshire with her husband, daughter, two pups, and a kitty. She is the proprietor of the Folkcraft and Flora Apothecary (folkcraftandflora.com), an online emporium of herbal and magical goods that has experienced exponential growth and success since its launch in 2022. 

Sarah and her work have been featured in many publications, including Botanical Anthology magazine and The Kitchen Witch Companion. Physical displays of her writings are located at the destination wellness cottage Glenn Hollow in Naples, New York. After the birth of her daughter, Sarah felt a shift in her craft. She found it hard to balance her personal practice in this new stage of motherhood. She began embracing this new role and, meshing it with her craft, created a more intentional and magical life for herself and for her family that she shares with her many followers.
