Jessica (Jess) joined Simon & Schuster in 2012, and ten years on is the HR Director of the HR function for the UK, Australia and India Simon & Schuster offices. She is passionate about people being in a workplace where they can flourish, reach their potential and are at their optimum, at every level, across the board.

At Simon & Schuster, Jess has been overseeing a fast paced HR function and amidst this her priorities have been diversity, staff wellbeing and contributing to fostering a culture that is conducive to the best teams possible. 

Jess has an HR background spanning across a variety of industries from Charity, Facilities and Construction, and Distribution. She has a BSc in Psychological Sciences, followed by an MA in Human Resources Management and is CIPD qualified.
