About The Book

Dear Readers,

I would like to introduce you to the following short story that reveals some of the diverse and colorful characters featured in my new full-length novel, The Power Trip - a sexy, sun-drenched thriller.

In the prequel you will meet Aleksandr Kasianenko, the powerful Russian oligarch. Bianca, the world famous mixed-race supermodel. And Flynn Hudson, tall, dark and smart, a journalist and activist that women automatically fall for. Flynn has problems, but he deals with them like a real man. He's super sexy, a true hero.

I had so much fun writing The Power Tripand creating so many characters. If you like this taster, then meet some of the other characters in the actual book. There is power couple, Ashley and Taye Sherwin, he's a black British football hero, she's an interior designer. Gay Latin superstar, Luca Perez, and his older boyfriend. Movie icon Cliff Baxter, with his much younger girlfriend. And cheating politician, Hammond Patterson, accompanied by his lovely but tortured wife.

What happens to this illustrious group while cruising on the Sea of Cortez on Aleksandr Kasianenko's luxury yacht? Read The Power Tripand see!

So enjoy this very small taster and prepare yourself for The Power Trip.

Take it if you dare!

About The Author

There have been many imitators but only ever one Jackie Collins. The iconic British author was called 'the definition of a class act' by Graham Norton and a 'smart, talented and gorgeous woman who paved the road for many of us' by Sandra Bullock. With millions of her books sold in more than forty countries, and with thirty-one international bestsellers to her credit, she is one of the world's top-selling novelists. Her first novel, The World Is Full of Married Men, was published in 1968 and established Jackie as an author who dared to step where no other female writers had gone before. Jackie was awarded an OBE in 2013 for her services to literature and charity. When accepting the honour she said to the Queen, 'Not bad for a school drop-out' – a revelation capturing her belief that both passion and determination can lead to big dreams coming true. Jackie Collins lived in Beverly Hills where she had a front row seat to the lives she so accurately captured in her compulsive plotlines. She was a creative force, a trailblazer for women in fiction and, in her own words, 'A kick-ass writer!'
