Alexandra Millarhouse (she/they) is, among other things, a neurodivergent science communicator, researcher, and homeschool educator with an MS in natural resources and a BA in geosciences. Her writing is guided by a love of animals and a lifelong sense of awe and wonder at the more-than-human world. Alexandra now lives in Vermont with family, where you can find them wandering through a cemetery tracking wildlife or sitting by the water with a sketchbook. The Animal Queendom is her debut picture book.
