Bernie Mac was an actor and comedian with his roots in the Chicago comedy clubs. He’s best known for his role in The Bernie Mac Show and as one of the Kings of Comedy. Bernie wrote two books during his lifetime, Maybe You Never Cry Again and I Ain’t Scared of You. Bernie passed from complications of sarcoidosis in 2012, but he still tops the social media charts in popularity. His legacy lives on in his work and in his words.
