Kamna Chhibber Heads Mental Health for the Department of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences at Fortis Healthcare. She is a trained therapist working with children, adolescents and adults. She is passionate about working in the space of child-adolescent mental health, relationships, trauma and abuse. She designs and creates programs for implementation in schools, corporate organisations and NGO's that are directed towards enhancing mental health and well-being.
She is a writer - her books include Let Him Not Sink, 2 DIY Life Skills books for children titled Life Skills for Children and Life Skills for Teenagers,A to Z of Empathy, Laugh n Learn with Dr. Parikh – Study and Exam Skills, A Mental Health Curriculum for Schools and Raising Confident Children - A 52-week Guide for Parents. During this COVID-19 crisis, she has co-authored two kindle e-books with Rupa Publications titled Don't worry! Here's how you can keep your mind fit during the pandemic and How to engage with your kid while working from home: 21 tips for 21 days.
Kamna is regularly featured on both online platforms as well as print publications for her views on mental health-related topics and is a TedX speaker.
