About The Author

Jennie Spallone is former president of Off-campus Writer's Workshop, a 250-member writers group located in Winnetka, IL. A freelance journalist of thirteen years, Spallone has written over one hundred profiles and feature stories for local and national publications. The award-winning Deadly Choices was her first suspense novel, with Window of Guilt following on its heels. She has spoken at mystery author conferences, libraries, and book stores throughout the country. A member of Sisters in Crime and Mystery Writers of America, Spallone received a certificate of recognition for her participation in a Citizens' Fire Academy, as well as a Citizens' Police Academy.
