About The Author

Portia Simpson was just 24 years of age when she became the first woman ever to qualify as a professional gamekeeper and wildlife manager in 2003. She is also a fully qualified deerstalker. She has worked on estates in the Scottish Highlands, Hampshire and for the Scottish Nature Reserve in the Western isles.
